Firecracker Related Regulations

Packaging identification
China has laws and regulations related to fireworks and firecracker products and packaging labeling, including the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Product Labeling and Labeling, and the Safety and Quality of Fireworks and Firecrackers (GB1995-2004).
Outsourcing labeling
The labeling content on the outer packaging of the product should include the product name, manufacturer or producer's name and address, production date (or batch number), box content, net weight, volume, and safety phrases or safety patterns such as "fireworks and firecrackers", "fire and moisture prevention", "handle with care", and execution standard codes.
Logo content
The content of the product logo (inner packaging logo) should include the product name, product level, product category, warning language, discharge instructions, drug content, manufacturer or producer's name and address, and production date (or batch number). Counting products should indicate the quantity.
Shelf life
Fireworks and firecrackers have a shelf life of 3 years under normal conditions.
Discharge instructions
The instructions for setting off fireworks and firecrackers include usage methods, locations, precautions, etc. Friction products should be marked with the words "Do not open"
